I am currently in the process of obtaining my Certification in Sex Therapy through Modern Sex Therapy Institutes to be certified by the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapists (AASECT).

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) Certification Attachment-Based Interventions for Couples In Crisis

EFT is a couples intervention that focuses on the emotional connection between partners to prevent negative cycles, including anger, criticism, silence, and more before they begin. The EFT model was developed by Dr. Sue Johnson, a world-renowned therapist, researcher, and author. The American Psychological Association has also acknowledged the EFT approach. I received my certification in EFT in 2021.
